There was an almost immediate out of body. It felt as if I was two to three times normal height and I could see through the walls. Later, either during surgery or during the three days that followed, I had an experience that I know was real, not a dream.

On October 29, 2006 I was found on the couch of my foster mother’s house not breathing well and unresponsive to her attempts to wake me. When she sat me up I had green mucus coming from my nose and mouth. She tried for several hours to arouse me, but finally called the ambulance.

On the 11th of November 1993 in Zurich, Switzerland I was poisoned with Strychnine. This substance is mainly used to kill rats and it can be lethal even when inhaled in small amounts. I was 17 when an "emotionally challenged man" decided to kill me and gave me something that contained rat poison and sugar so that I would die faster. Unaware of what I had just been given, I went to school and started to feel sick. The teacher told me that I was green in the face and that it would be best if I go home.

I had two near-death experiences back to back, within weeks of each other. The initial experience took place after my ex-boyfriend attacked me outside my residence. He knocked me to the ground. I was flat on my back with him sitting on me cutting of my oxygen as he chocked me with both of his hands that were wrapped tightly around my neck. At one point of the attack, I physically felt as if I was floating away slowly up toward the clouds. Then I can remember everything started to get very bright and at this same time I could hear voices. Caring voices with so much love and comfort. I felt so loved and comforted as the voices reassured me that he could no longer hurt me.
